Dr Marty Ferreira
Clinical Psychologist in Gisborne Tairawhiti
I am a registered clinical psychologist. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Auckland and I am a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. I work as a clinical psychologist in private practice, and lecture in post graduate psychology at Auckland University of Technology. I have previously worked in community mental health care at Auckland District Health Board and have provided training for mental health workers at district health boards and private healthcare facilities around New Zealand.
In seeing a registered clinical psychologist you get the benefit of eight years of university training informing your therapy, and the assurance that what you receive will always be effective, evidence based strategies for change. My years of working in mental health in the hospital system have given me broad experience, and a thorough knowledge of working with all kinds of difficulties. You can be confident that whatever problem you come with we will find solutions to it together.
